Didja watch, huh? Huh? Didja??The show was great, and it never ceases to amaze me what they will come up with next. As far as story lines. I love them. This is my favorite show, right up there with Grey's Anatomy.
Some thoughts on what I saw.....
Evie: She can go back where she came from, I don't like her, never have. But alas, every show must have one that we love to hate, right?
Susan: Poor Susan. Poor, poor Susan! She is the most desperate of the housewives. I see myself in her. Alot. The dingy, shoulda-been-a-blonde type personality.
Bree: I like Bree. I want to be 'perfect' like her when I grow up.
Lynette: She is just about the most stressed mom I've ever seen in my life. I love to hear her argue her points and make her case. I am always on her side.
Gabrielle: I love Gabrielle. Even if she has become the 'typical' haggard housewife. And she has kids now, so she can be compared with everyone else on the same level. I think she will come around (eventually) as a parent.
I can't wait for next week!

OHHH Ilove this show as well, I really liked this episode! I wasnt sure at first about the 5 year jump but after a few minutes I was hooked on the new story lines. I agree poor poor Susan, Figures mike would turn out to be a jerk. I am glad to see Gabby humbled but I wish a little bit of her old selfish self would shine a little lol! As for Edie, not a fan either. Although if I am having a girl I am will probably name her Edie it has nothing to do with her, she needs to go back were ever she had been for the last 5 years :)
I used to be an avid viewer. Now i'm lucky if I catch the end.

It was kind of weird in the beginning. I was like...oh gosh, this is lame. But then it got better. Susan's story was pretty....wacky. But hey, go for the painter, girl
Desperate is my fave show, too! Please explain something to me, though. Did they advance the plot line 5 years just to shake things up, or is something else going on that I've missed?
I am really liking the 5 yr fast forward thing! They can put Gabi in a fat suit and leave off her makeup and put her hair in a ponytail and she still looks gorgeous. I'm not thrilled w/Susan's painter guy. They could have found someone a little cuter. And Edie's husband is really creepy.
so, do you like DH? :) i have never watched it. i'm usually ready for bed at that time on a sunday night.

I had issues the most with Gabrielle. There is NO way someone that vain would EVER let herself get like that. Mom of 2 or not.
