I Have a Man, Thanks!

Yesterday my Dad calls me and thinks he's going to be funny. He says "I found you a boyfriend." My reply: "I have one already, you know that." To which he says, "I'll tell you about him when you get here." ( I was going to have lunch with him)

So I get to my Dads and he tells me that this guy who works at the car dealership located next door to where I now work, saw me walking from my van to the building and told my Dad that he thought I was 'hot'. Thanks for the compliment, dude, but no thanks.

Then my Dad says "He told me he wants to be my son-in-law, he only weighs about 300 pounds and doesn't have one hair on his head." Well, hell that figures, I do attract some real doozies! This is all I could picture in my head:

My reply : "Sorry, we don't always get what we want, now do we, I am taken, not officially, but taken nonetheless!" Then my Dad proceeds to laugh. I don't find it amusing that a man who I not only have never seen in my life and wouldn't know from 'Adam' is drooling over me, but he knows who I am. Scary people, scary!

I do have a man. A very sweet, loving one and I plan to 'introduce' him here on my blog soon. I am still thinking up a good 'nickname' for him though. Any suggestions?
