I love Oprah and when she announced her "OWN" network, I was more than thrilled. On New Year's Day, I looked for the channel on my TV and it was not there! I was so disappointed because with all of the hoopla in the last few weeks, especially the emails they sent, that I just wanted to cry.By chance, a friend mentioned something about it on face book and told me that she had it, I should to. I checked the channel she told me, and lo and behold, there it was.....although 5 or so days late, regardless, I am happy now. Life can continue.
So tell me ....Do you have it? Are you watching it? Will you??

We don't have that channel. I wish we did because I'd like to check it out. Not willing to pay a higher cable bill just to see it though.

I have it and I'm enjoying most of the shows. I was laughing today because I saw an article that said the networks ratings have gone down since the first day and I thought DUH - they only have about 10 original shows and they show them about 50 times during the week. But I've been loving it.
I will not, however, pay extra for it at any point.
I had no idea about the OWN thing until today..and I'm still unsure what exactly it is? What kinds of shows are on it? Does she just own it? I'm out of the tv loop.

Yes, we do have it and I have been watching it quite a lot. I love the show on there that has to do with miracles...can't recall the exact name. I think her lineup is pretty good!
I'm not really an Oprah fan, so I don't feel like I'm missing out. We only get about 6 military channels and they decide which shows are "popular" enough to show.
Wheel of Fortune??? REALLY?? Ugh!
