Every day, we get lots of phone calls at work. I mean, the phone rings constantly. There are three of us in our office and it's anyone's guess who will get to it first, or who will be on the other end.

Many times we have to deal with some really strange people. People who, for the most part, have no common sense. Seriously!

We love to share with each other some of the ridiculous things that the person on the other end tells us or the crazy stories they share. You just never know what the heck will come out of someone's mouth. It is almost as though many people need to or want to tell you all of their problems or issues and their whole life story. Drives. Me. Nuts.

Now I have had this job for a little over two years now and when I get a complete fool on the other end and I hear something funny or amusing, I just know that it can never be topped.

Today I answered the phone and the conversation went like this:

Me: City Court

Him: Can I speak to (insert fake name) it's an emergency!

Me: He is in court right now, you can try back in a few minutes.

Him: I really need to speak to him because I am in no shape to get thrown in jail, my testicles are the size of baseballs........!!!! blabber blabber blabber....

And that was all I heard...... Never did I take someone's name and number, cut them off at every word, and hang up the phone any faster!

Are you freaking kidding me?? Who in the world calls someone (other than their doctor!?!?) and tells them this?

Needless to say, there were lots of 'big balls' jokes going around this afternoon! This is defintely one for the record books!
