Diet? or Exercise?

Is it harder for you to eat healthy or get exercise?

To be honest, this is a no-brainer for me! I believe 'eating healthy' and 'exercising' tie for first place in which is harder for me. Seriously.

There was a time in my life...a time when I was married and had someone to financially support me...that I did exercise and I did eat healthy! We belonged to the gym and because the funds were coming out of that account, my happy little butt was there religiously. Needless to say, in the past 3 plus years, I have not been in a regular workout/exercise routine. Bad me!

Eating healthy is a slight bit easier for me than exercising, but I do not have much discipline in that area. I do tend to promise myself, buy the foods, and then finish them and stray. Again, bad me!

Because I have high blood pressure (controlled by meds) healthy diet and exercise should be at the top of my priorities. Sadly, my will power causes me to fail. Not to mention, laziness. The only excuse for not exercising is that I work fulltime, and then come home to take care of my home and my daughters and that leaves me practically zero time or energy to do it!

I guess if I had to choose which was harder, it would be exercise. I do tend to eat the occasional salad and skip dessert. That counts for something, right?

Exercise is for me to...but since I'm at home, I count walking back and forth from one end of the house to the other as exercise, LOL...and just think I'm sure you walk from your car into your office?? Girl that counts!!!

I love all foods and hate to exercise.

Me too. Eating healthy and exercising take a ton of will power for me.

YES! Lack of willpower and an excess amount of laziness are my downfalls, too. UGH.

I don't want to be an "enabler" but hey girl, you work full time and then come home to look after your kids. You have a lot on your plate! No pun intended :)So give yourself a break and do what you can.

It seems like ONE or the OTHER all the time.

If I am working out every day, I feel hungry all the time and eat, eat, eat!

But if I'm not working out, I skip meals - which isn't good.

I'm thinking a magic pill would be best for all of us who hate exercise. Who's on board?!

Wait...that doesn't exist. Darn it!!
