The Secret is in the Sauce Recipe site is having a contest. The top 10 recipes chosen from all of the entries will be listed on their site, at which time everyone will have to go on over there and vote (for me!) ha!
The prize is a $100 Williams-Sonoma gift card and a new digital camera. Wow! That camera is all I can think of.
Soooo, here is my recipe.
TACO SOUP
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
3 cans corn
3 cans pinto beans
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 can Rotel
1 can water
1 pack ranch dip seasoning
1 pack taco seasoning
1 T. Chili seasoning
Brown ground meat and drain. Place meat in soup pot and add all ingredients. Stir and bring to boil. When mixture begins to boil, turn down to simmer and do so for 15 minutes.
Eat as is, or add cheese to top or serve over Fritos.
( I usually cut this recipe in half when its just for my little family and it still makes a huge pot)

I hope you win! You need some fabulous martini glasses from my www.rockapoodle.blogspot.com martini competition to go with that Taco Soup. Martinis go with anything actually!
AMY!!! You stole my recipe!! I make this all the time--with a few differences--I use black beans instead of pintos and I add a packet of the powdered ranch seasoning. I love Taco Soup!!
